VKB SIM CONTROLLERS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by VKB SIM Controllers INC. We are the official sales partner of VKB Technology Co., Ltd. (VKBsim) for the United States. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to VKB SIM Controllers. “VKBsim” or “VKB HQ” refers to the manufacturer in China.

By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, visitors, and account holders.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website means you accept any changes. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the platform for our online store.

VKB PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Technical support and warranty service begin by opening a support ticket. Please have your VKB SIM Controllers order number available.

VKBsim offers limited warranties (1 year or 2 years depending on the product) for manufacturing defects. You can find warranty details on each product page.

Warranty support may include replacement parts or a full replacement unit. VKB HQ technical support determines the correct solution after reviewing the issue. Replacing parts yourself does not void your warranty when following official guidance.

The warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage. This includes physical damage, improper handling, or damage from misuse. VKB HQ determines whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

Your VKB SIM Controllers receipt serves as proof of warranty coverage. The VKBsim warranty is non transferable.

PRODUCTS
VKBsim may update product designs, dimensions, or functionality at any time. VKB SIM Controllers has no responsibility to notify customers when the manufacturer makes these changes.

PRICING
Product prices and shipping fees may change at any time due to operational needs. VKB SIM Controllers and VKBsim have no obligation to honor previous pricing.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact VKB SIM Controllers to allow us an opportunity to address the matter. Most concerns can be resolved through our standard support and return procedures.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in delays and additional costs. VKB SIM Controllers reserves the right to restrict future purchases for accounts that initiate a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.

If a chargeback remains unresolved and carrier records show that the product was delivered, VKB SIM Controllers may seek recovery of the amount due. This may include the use of a third party collection agency. In some cases, unresolved claims may also be reported to major credit bureaus in accordance with applicable laws.
