VKB SIM CONTROLLERS - RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To start a return, open a support ticket at the link below. Please have your VKB SIM Controllers order number ready -  it helps us match your ticket to your order quickly.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and send return instructions through the same ticket. After this you have 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • in like-new condition
  • in its original packaging
  • complete with all parts, accessories, and documents

Partial returns are not accepted. Each product must be returned as a complete unit. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer final sale items.

Return shipping costs to our US location are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, the fastest solution is:

  1. Place a new order for the correct item.
  2. Request a return for the original item within the 14-day return window.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process the refund on their end.

Refunds include the cost of the returned item. Refunds do not include:

  • original shipping costs 
  • import duties or tariffs collected by the United States government

These fees are not charged by VKB SIM Controllers and cannot be refunded by us.
