VKB SIM CONTROLLERS - SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
This website is operated by VKB SIM Controllers. We are the official sales partner of VKB Technology Co., Ltd. (VKBsim) for the United States. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to VKB SIM Controllers. “VKBsim” or “VKB HQ” refers to the manufacturer in China.
VKBsim ships products from two locations depending on availability and item type.
- Some products are imported from China in batches and stored at our US forwarder in California. These orders ship within the United States by Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or USPS. Orders shipped from the US do not incur import fees and include free shipping.
- Other products ship directly from VKB HQ’s warehouse in China. Shipping method depends on the size of the item:
Complete controllers ship by DHL Express air service.
Small items such as adapters, spare parts, and upgrade kits ship by Chukou1. Chukou1 often hands the parcel to USPS for final delivery in the United States.
Shipments from China may require import fees and tariffs. These fees must be paid before the order can be delivered.
Import Fees and Tariffs
Customs fees, brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
As of May 2, 2025, the United States has removed the $800 duty free threshold for imports from China and Hong Kong. All shipments from these locations now require import fees, regardless of value.
For orders shipped from VKB HQ in China, the current import rate is 45 percent of the declared value:
- 35 percent customs duty
- 10 percent additional tariff
These fees are collected by the carrier during customs clearance. DHL collects fees for DHL shipments. For Chukou1 shipments, the carrier handling the final delivery, such as USPS, may send a fee notice when applicable.

VKB SIM Controllers may refuse future orders from customers who decline delivery due to taxes, duties, or fees charged by the government.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the workload of the shipping department.
Transit times depend on the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days once dispatched. Chukou1 shipments may require extra time due to carrier handoff to USPS.
Shipping Costs
At checkout you will see the shipping fee for your order. This fee covers carrier charges only. It does not include any import fees or tariffs.
For orders shipped by air from China, shipping costs are based on volumetric weight as calculated by the carrier.
Address Changes
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and request a correction after the order has shipped, the carrier may charge an address change fee. This fee is the responsibility of the customer. Not all carriers allow address changes after dispatch.
APO / FPO / DPO Addresses
We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Before the 2025 tariff changes, VKB HQ shipped to military addresses using EMS. After the removal of the 800 USD duty-free threshold, all China-origin orders were moved to DHL Express. DHL cannot deliver to military addresses. To keep our process consistent, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are also not accepted for US warehouse shipments.

Shipping to Hotels or Temporary Residences
VKB SIM Controllers strongly advises customers not to use hotels or temporary addresses in the United States. Deliveries to these locations carry a high risk of loss, delay, or misdelivery. While we cannot prevent customers from entering these addresses at checkout, VKB SIM Controllers is not responsible for any shipment issues that occur when these addresses are used.
